Here at Mathilda’s, our ice cream and gelato are freshly made daily using only high quality and fresh ingredients. We only source our milk and cream from cruelty free dairy farms where the cows are comfortable, healthy and well fed, because happy cows will produce quality milk.

All of our ice cream and gelato are 100% handmade because we believe that without the use of machines our customers will get to enjoy the true taste of our premium ingredients and these are one of the many reasons why most of our customers keep coming back for more.

We have a group of trustworthy and reliable delivery team that is fast and efficient with the end goal of making sure that all our ice cream and gelato are delivered to our customers frozen and within an hour
