Everybody’s favourite oriental flavour — matcha! The flowery, aromatic tea notes of the Japanese green tea leaves and its slight bitterness are enhanced by the milky sweetness of the 100% fresh dairy milk that we use. Just like the traditional way of making matcha, the tea leaves are covered before being grounded with stone into a super-fine powder, then mixed into the ice cream to give you this delectable flavour!
