Delivery Date and Time Slots

Customers are able to choose their preferred delivery dates and time slots when they are at the check out page of the website of Mathilda’s Gelato Ice Cream Delivery. Any date or time slot that cannot be selected is an indication that that particular time slot has reached maximum capacity. Time slots provided for customers to choose are hourly.

Delivery Charge

Standard same day or next day delivery is $8 per order. Free delivery is automatically granted when the value of your order exceeds $60.

1 hour express delivery and after hours delivery for time slots ranging from 10 pm to 8 am are $15 per order.

Special Charges

There will be a $15 surcharge for delivery locations within Changi Airport, Jurong Island, Sentosa, Army Camps, and Tuas

A $10 surcharge applies on all eve of and public holidays

Failed Delivery

A re-delivery charge of $15 will have to be paid by the customer should there be a failed delivery due to inaccurate order information. Should the fee not be paid, we will bring back the order to our premises, and refund you your total order amount less $15.

Late Delivery

In considerations of bad weather conditions, traffic conditions and other natural causes which may result in a delay. We provide a refund via STORE CREDIT for all late delivery orders for more than 60 minutes.

For example, should you have selected a 04:00 PM to 05:00 PM time slot, we will refund you via store credit if we arrive at 06:01 PM onward, but will NOT refund you if we arrived any time before 06:00 PM. 

Cancellation of Order

Cancelling of orders can only be done at least 72 hours before the time slot of actual delivery. That being said, cancellations are strictly not allowed for last minute or same day orders.

Changes to Order by Customer

Changing the details of orders can only be done at least 72 hours before the time slot of actual delivery. That being said, changes by customers are strictly not allowed for last minute or same day orders.

Replacement Guarantee / Full Refund via Store Credits

Issues with Order

All issues reported must be submitted on our disputes page at www.icecreamdelivery.com.sg/complaint. All disputes must be accompanied with your order number and photographic evidences. Failure to provide any of the mentioned details will result in a no response towards the dispute made.


Should you opt for a replacement, it is to be done to our earliest convenience. We reserve the right to provide you with a store credit refund instead of a replacement. 


All refunds are done via store credits. They are not to be exchangeable with cash and are to be used only for a new order.

Mathilda’s Gelato Ice Cream Delivery Pte. Ltd. is a company operating out of Singapore, providing the service of ice cream, gelato and frozen yogurt delivery. We reserve the right to cancel any order without reason, at any point of time.

Trademark Infringement

All content of the website icecreamdelivery.com.sg including its logo, website domain, content, company name, and media, are trademarked in accordance to the law of Singapore. Replicating any of the earlier mentioned material is strictly forbidden. Legal action will be taken without warning.
